1. Agreement
By using benjaminmazila.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
2. Intellectual property
All music, lyrics, recordings, videos, photos, artwork, sermons and text on this Site are owned by Benjamin Mazila / BCM Music or used with permission. You may stream and enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not re-upload, remix, sell, publicly perform or use them commercially without written permission.
3. Purchases & unlocks
Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (K). Payments are processed by Lenco mobile money (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel). Once your payment is confirmed, the song, album, video or ticket is automatically unlocked on the account you are signed in with and remains available every time you sign in on any device.
Refunds: because digital content is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a payment was charged but the content did not unlock within a reasonable time, contact us and we will fix it or refund.
4. Tickets
An event ticket is valid for the person named on it, for the specific event, date and venue shown. Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly stated. If an event is postponed or cancelled, we will contact ticket holders with the next steps.
5. Bookings
A booking request submitted through the Site is not a confirmation. Benjamin (or his team) will reply to discuss availability, location, ministry focus and any honorarium or travel arrangement before the date is held.
6. User submissions
Testimonies, prayer requests, chat messages and comments you submit are read by our team. By submitting, you give us permission to share excerpts (with your name only if you provided it) for encouragement and ministry. We may decline or edit submissions for length and clarity.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not use the Site to upload unlawful, abusive or misleading content; to attempt to break security; to share another person's account; or to harvest personal information of others. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the community.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to platforms like YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services — please review their own terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Spiritual content shared is for encouragement and is not a substitute for pastoral or professional counsel.
