1. Who we are
This website is operated by Benjamin Mazila and the BCM Music ministry team based in Lusaka, Zambia (“BCM”, “we”, “us”). It is the official home for Benjamin's music, videos, events, merchandise and ministry outreach. For any privacy question, email benjaminmazila05@gmail.comor call +260 975 354 605.
2. Information we collect
- Account: your email, display name and (optional) profile picture when you sign in.
- Purchases: the songs, albums, videos, tickets or merch you buy, plus your mobile-money phone number (Airtel, MTN or Zamtel) and the transaction reference issued by Lenco.
- Bookings & contact forms: your name, email, phone, church or event details and the message you send.
- Newsletter: your email address (only if you subscribe).
- Chat & testimonies: the messages you post to our in-site chat or share as a testimony.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address and pages visited — used to keep the site secure and understand what content is helpful.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the music, tickets and merch you order and unlock content on your account.
- To reply to messages, booking enquiries, prayer requests and testimonies.
- To send the BCM newsletter (only if you opted in — one-tap unsubscribe any time).
- To operate the site, prevent abuse, and comply with Zambian law.
We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Payments & mobile money
Mobile-money payments are processed by Lenco, a licensed Zambian payments provider. We share with Lenco only the details needed to charge your Airtel / MTN / Zamtel wallet (amount, phone number, reference, item name). We never see or store your mobile-money PIN. Card and bank payments are marked coming soon.
5. Who processes your data on our behalf
We use a small number of trusted service providers, each bound by their own privacy commitments:
- Lenco — mobile-money payments.
- Lovable Cloud — secure hosting, database and authentication.
- Google — sign-in with Google (optional).
- Facelite — assisted video playback.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information at any time. Email us and we will respond within 14 days. You may also close your account from your profile page.
8. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. If a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
